Booking and Confirmation

  1. You can book a taxi through our website, or by phone. You will receive a confirmation text or email upon successful booking.
  2. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking. Any inaccuracies could potentially lead to delays or additional charges.

Payment

  1. We accept payments through major credit/debit cards and online transactions.
  2. A 3% fee is applied to all card transactions, which covers the bank processing fee.
  3. You will receive a payment confirmation upon successful transaction completion.

Responsibilities

  1. Our drivers are responsible for providing safe and timely transportation. They are required to comply with all traffic regulations and maintain professional conduct.
  2. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the driver and the vehicle. Any damage caused by the passenger will result in additional charges.
  3. Any damage caused to the vehicle will result in additional charges to the client.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

  1. Passengers are allowed to bring luggage that can be reasonably accommodated in the vehicle.
  2. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. 24/7 City Airport Taxi is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items. You’re advised to take care of your belongings yourself.
