Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations made more than 3 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a refund.
  2. Once approved, refunds are processed within 12 to 24 hours. However, the actual time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank's processing time. It is pertinent to note here that we proceed with the refund as soon as possible, any delay is due to the receiver’s bank.
  3. If our driver calls you and is unable to reach you after 15 to 20 minutes, the driver will move on to the next ride. In this case, the fare will not be refunded.

Responsibilities

  1. Our drivers are responsible for providing safe and timely transportation. They are required to comply with all traffic regulations and maintain professional conduct.
  2. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the driver and the vehicle. Any damage caused by the passenger will result in additional charges.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

  1. Passengers are allowed to bring luggage that can be reasonably accommodated in the vehicle.
  2. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. 24/7 City Airport Taxi is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items. You’re advised to take care of your belongings yourself.

Waiting Time

  1. A waiting fee may be applied if the driver has to wait beyond the scheduled pickup time.
  2. If the driver is unable to reach you after 15 to 20 minutes of calling, the ride will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
