How do I book a taxi?

Yes, you can book a taxi in advance. Our system allows you to schedule a ride for a future data and time, ensuring that your transportation needs are met without any hassle.

What vehicles can we book?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through major credit/debit cards and online transactions through Stripe. We also accept cash for in-person bookings.

How much is the fee for card transactions?

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations that are made 3 to 4 hours prior to the pickup time are eligible for refund. To cancel your booking, contact our customer support team timely.

In how much time do I receive the refund?

Your money is refunded immediately from our end but it may take around 12 hours to reach you, which is delay from bank.

What happens if the driver cannot reach me?

If our driver calls you and is unable to reach you after 15 to 20 minutes, the driver will move on to the next ride, and the fare will not be refunded. Please ensure that you are available at the designated pickup time.
